Professional ExperienceBob Huston has been a resident of Portland, Oregon, most of his life. He has been in private practice since graduating from law school in 1968 and became a cofounder of Cable Huston Benedict Haagensen & Lloyd when the firm formed in 1990. Mr. Huston provides practical and technical advice on all estate planning matters, including:
Mr. Huston prepares all estate planning documents such as wills, trust agreements, powers of attorney, deeds, and Advance Directives (living wills) and oversees the execution and filing of these documents. On all legal matters relating to the estates of deceased persons, he represents court-appointed personal representatives of probate estates as well as trustees and other persons who have responsibility for nonprobate estates.
Previous ExperienceFrom 1968 to 1980, Mr. Huston worked at Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt and was a partner from 1975 to 1980. He was a cofounder and partner of Hill Huston Ferris and Walker from 1980 to 1990, and that firm joined with other attorneys in 1990 to establish the present firm.
Activities
OtherMr. Huston is happily married to his first wife, Bonnie, and proud of his three children, Heather, Tom, and Matt. He is active in his church.
