In his real estate-related work, Don Lloyd: - Prepares documentation for asset-based lending, real estate mortgage financing, and closings.
- Prepares development and construction agreements between owners, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Negotiates workouts and foreclosures on security documents.
- Organizes entities for real estate investments.
- Handles the negotiation and documentation for real estate acquisitions, financing, and dispositions.
- Works on Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.
- Represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease transactions and the resolution of landlord-tenant disputes.
- Works with developers of condominium projects, industrial projects, and residential subdivisions on the creation of covenants, conditions, and restrictions; owner association documents; reciprocal easement agreements; and title matters.

- Negotiates buy-sell agreements between shareholders, partners, and other co-owners/investors.
- Handles mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and sales of assets.
- Resolves disputes between partners, shareholders, and other co-owners/investors.
- Assists clients with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, and general and limited partnerships.
- Prepares leases, contracts, and other agreements.
- Handles non-competition and confidentiality agreements.
- Negotiates employment and severance agreements.
